Özet

This research explores the oblique impact with rebound of a rigid rod and 3D-printed surfaces with varying infill ratios. A visco-elastic contact model is developed using normal impact experiments and then confirmed with oblique impact experiments. The force coefficients are determined using a genetic algorithm. The impact on the polylactic acid surface is defined by a coefficient of restitution, coefficient of friction, and the coefficients of the contact force. The simulations demonstrate good compatibility with the experimental data.
