Konutlarda minimalizm kavramının örnekler üzerinden irdelenmesi

Özet
Minimalizm kavramı düşünce sistemi, yaşam biçimi olarak tarihsel süreç boyunca çeşitli dönemlerde mimarlık, felsefe, din, sanat gibi farklı disiplinlerde karşımıza çıkmıştır. Çalışmada, minimalizm kavramının mimarlık yansımaları incelenmiş ve özellikle konut mekanları üzerinde durulmuştur. Günümüzde küçülen yaşam alanlarının daha yaşanılabilir bir hal aması ve minimalizm kavramının temelini oluşturan minimal değerlerin konut üzerindeki yansımalarının anlaşılabilmesi için ünlü mimarların minimal konut tasarımları incelenmiştir. ? Tezin birinci bölümünde problemin tanımı, çalışmanın amacı, yöntem ve kapsamı açıklanmıştır. ? İkinci bölümde, minimalizm kavramı açıklanmış ve minimalizm kavramının tarihi incelenmiş, minimalizm kavramının mimarlık alanındaki tanımlamaları açıklanmış, dünyada minimalist yaklaşımlar ile tasarlanan yapılar örneklenmiştir. ? Üçüncü bölümde, mimaride minimalizm örneklerinin gelişim göstererek arttığı1980 yılından sonra, Dünyada, minimal konut mimarisi alanında önde gelen mimarların tasarlamış olduğu konutlar arasından on adet örnek belirlenmiştir. Literatürde belirlenmiş olanminimallik ölçütleri tablolaştırılarak birbirinden farklı özelliklere sahip örnekler, bu kriterler doğrultusunda incelenmiştir. ? Sonuç bölümünde ise incelenen örnekler üzerinden elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda minimal konut kavramının genel bir değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Yapılan incelemeler ile ulaşılan birtakım saptamalar ortaya konmuştur.
The concept of minimalism, as a system of thought and a way of life, has appeared in different disciplines such as architecture, philosophy, religion and art at various periods throughout the historical process. In the study, the architectural reflections of the concept of minimalism were examined and especially dwelling spaces were emphasized. Minimal housing designs of famous architects have been examined in order to make living spaces more livable today and to understand the reflections of minimal values, which form the basis of the concept of minimalism, on the house. ? In the first part of the thesis, the definition of the problem, the purpose, method and scope of the study are explained. ? In the second part, the concept of minimalism is explained and the history of the concept of minimalism is examined, the definitions of the concept of minimalism in the field of architecture are explained, and the buildings designed with minimalist approaches in the world are exemplified. ? In the third chapter, after 1980, when the examples of minimalism in architecture increased, ten examples were determined among the houses designed by leading architects in the field of minimal housing architecture. The minimality criteria determined in the literature were tabulated and the samples with different characteristics were examined in accordance with these criteria. ? In the conclusion part, a general evaluation of the concept of small housing has been made. A number of conclusions reached by the investigations have been put forward.
