dc.description.abstractTesis yeri seçimi işletmelerin sürdürebilirliği ve karlılığı için çok önemlidir. Yanlış bir yere yapılan tesis nedeniyle şirketin iflas etmesi ihtimali vardır. Sonuçların bu kadar yıkıcı olabileceği stratejik kararlar alırken uygun yöntemler kullanılmalıdır. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'de farklı lokasyonlarda üretim tesisleri bulunan bir yem firmasının, ülkenin doğu bölgesinde yeni bir tesis kurma kararı sonucunda ortaya konan alternatifleri değerlendirilerek, uygun tesis yeri belirlenmiştir. Çok kriterli karar verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden olan Fuzzy TOPSIS ve Fuzzy VIKOR kullanılarak sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Bu aşamada, uzman görüşlerinden faydalanılarak ortaya konan on kriter dikkate alınmıştır. Farklı iki yöntemle elde edilen sonuçlar tartışılmış ve en uygun tesis yeri ortaya konmuştur.
dc.description.abstractThe selection of facility location is very important for the sustainability and profitability of the enterprises. There is a possibility that the company will go bankrupt because of a wrong location. Appropriate methods should be used when making strategic decisions where the results can be so destructive. This study provides a suitable location for a new facility in eastern region for a feed company operating in different regions. The problem is formulated by using Fuzzy TOPSIS and Fuzzy VIKOR, which are the methods for MCDM problems. Ten criteria are determined based on expert opinions and five alternatives are investigated. Later the results are presented, and the obtained solutions from Fuzzy TOPSIS and Fuzzy VIKOR are compared.
