dc.description.abstractThis study focuses on working life, which has an important place in the center of social changes after COVID-19. In the working life, where digital transformation has an application area, different concepts have taken their place in the literature in the important change observed with COVID-19. Digitalization made its presence felt in a process that accelerated with COVID-19. Concepts and applications that were not included in daily life practices until a few years ago are experienced today. In the study, an evaluation was made on crowdworking and related concepts, which are considered as one of these concepts. In this evaluation, digital transformation and the post-COVID-19 process were highlighted, and the motivation sources of crowdworker and crowdsourcer were analyzed through in-depth interview method. © 2022 by IGI Global.
