dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, öğretmenlerin çevre kimliği ve çevresel tutumu arasındaki ilişki üzerinde sürdürülebilir liderliğin aracılık rolünü araştırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma ayrıca öğretmenlerin çevre kimliği, çevresel tutum ve sürdürülebilir liderlik düzeylerini cinsiyet, yaş, medeni durum, eğitim düzeyi, pozisyon vb. demografik özellikler ve çevreye ilişkin genel ifadeler açısından incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Adana'daki okullarda görev yapan farklı branşlardan 449 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Veriler, Çevre Kimliği Ölçeği, Çevresel Tutum Ölçeği, Sürdürülebilir Liderlik Ölçeği, demografik bilgiler ve çevre ile ilgili genel ifadelerden oluşan anketler aracılığıyla elde edilmiştir. Veriler, SPSS ve SmartPLS programları ile analiz edilmiştir. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişkileri ve aracılık rolünü incelemek için Kısmi En Küçük Kareler Yapısal Eşitlik Modellemesi (PLS-SEM) yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde frekans analizi, tanımlayıcı istatistikler, Bağımsız Grup t Testi, Tek Yönlü ANOVA ve Post Hoc Testleri (Dunnett ve Tamhanes' T2) kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; çevre kimliği, çevresel tutum ve sürdürülebilir liderlik arasındaki ilişkiler tespit edilmiş ancak sürdürülebilir liderliğin aracılık rolü teyit edilememiştir. Demografik özelliklere göre; cinsiyetin öğretmenlerin çevresel tutumu üzerinde etkili olduğu gözlenmiş ve pozisyon, iş deneyimi ve yerleşim yerinin öğretmenlerin sürdürülebilir liderliği üzerinde etkili olduğu görülmüştür. Çevre ile ilgili genel ifadeler açısından gruplar arasında anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to investigate the mediating role of sustainable leadership on the relationship between teachers' environmental identity and environmental attitude. The study also aims to examine teachers' environmental identity, environmental attitude and sustainable leadership levels in terms of demographic characteristics such as gender, age, marital status, education level, position etc., and general statements about the environment. The sample of the study consists of 449 teachers who work in schools in Adana from different branches of the profession. The data was obtained through surveys consisted of Environmental Identity Scale, Environmental Attitude Scale, Sustainable Leadership Scale, demographic information and general statements about the environment. The data was analyzed by the SPSS and SmartPLS programs. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method was used to examine the relationships among the variables and the mediating role. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, Independent Samples t Test, One Way ANOVA and Post Hoc Tests (Dunnett and Tamhanes' T2) were used in the data analysis. According to the results of the study, it was determined that the relationships among environmental identity, environmental attitude and sustainable leadership was found but the mediating role of sustainable leadership can not confirmed. According to demographic characteristics; it was observed that gender had an effect on teachers' environmental attitude and it was seen that position, job experience, and settlement had an effect on teachers' sustainable leadership. In terms of general statements about the environment, significant differences between groups were determined.
