Özet
Günümüzde nüfusun artmasıyla beraber insanların temel ihtiyacı olan barınmanın karşılanabilmesi için konuta olan talep artmış durumdadır. Bu taleple birlikte konut sayıları da artmaktadır. İlk zamanlarda çadır ile başlayan konut yapımı yerleşik yaşamla birlikte bölgelerde kullanılan yerel yapı malzemesine göre tek veya iki katlı müstakil yapılar olarak konut türlerini oluşturmuştur. Daha sonraki dönemlerde artan nüfus ile beraber çok katlı yapıları görmek mümkün olmaktadır. 2000'li yıllara geldiğimizde de konut gruplarının çok katlı ve siteler şeklinde kentlerde yer aldığı görülmektedir. Nüfus yoğunluğu fazla olan kentlerde günümüzde yeni yapılaşmalar mimarlık alanı içerisinde değerlendirildiğinde konutlarda tasarım sorunları meydana getirmektedir. Kullanıcı ihtiyaçları göz ardı edilerek yapılan plan tipolojileri farklı bağlamlarda kendini tekrar etmektedir. Bu çalışmada hem kullanıcıyı referans alarak hem de çoklu konuta dair yapılabilecek mimari tasarım yaklaşımlarının analizi yapılarak değerlendirilmiştir ve sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Özellikle çoklu konutlardaki mekânsal kurgu analizinden yola çıkılarak katılım kavramının ortaya çıktığı dönem örnekleri ile güncel konut örnekleri arasında karşılaştırmalı analizlerle tasarım yaklaşımlarının konuta nasıl yansıdığı incelenmiştir.
Today, with the increase in population, the demand for housing has increased in order to meet the basic need of people for housing. With this demand, the number of residences is also increasing. Housing construction, which started with tents in the early times, has formed housing types as single or two-storey detached structures according to the local building materials used in the regions together with the settled life. In the later periods, it is possible to see multi-storey structures with the increasing population. When we come to the 2000s, it is seen that housing groups are now located in cities in the form of multi-storey and complexes. In cities with a high population density, when new constructions are evaluated within the field of architecture, it creates design problems in residences. Plan typologies made by ignoring user needs repeat themselves in different contexts. In this study, it has been evaluated by taking the user as a reference and by analyzing the architectural design approaches that can be made for multiple residences, and the results have been obtained. In particular, starting from the spatial setup analysis in multiple residences, how the design approaches are reflected in the housing was examined with comparative analyzes between the examples of the period when the concept of participation emerged and the current housing examples.
