Özet
Evsel atık yönetimi, ekonomiye ve çevre sağlığına yaptığı katkılardan dolayı gelişmiş ve gelişmekte olan ülke toplumlarında önemli bir yere sahiptir. Tarihsel gelişiminin insanlığın yerleşik hayatıyla başladığı bilinmektedir. Eski zamanlarda sadece organik atıkların yönetilerek toprağı verimli hale getirmek için yapılan bu işlem gelişen teknoloji ile farklılaşmış ve günümüzde farklı gruplara ayrılmaktadır. Günümüzde oluşturulan geri dönüşüm sistemlerinin ilk amacı, sistemin verimliliğini maksimum seviyede tutacak araştırma ve geliştirmeler yapmaktır. Bu çalışmada amaç, üretim girdi ve çıktıları üzerinde doğrudan etkisi olan insan varlığının araştırılmasıdır. Literatür araştırması yardımıyla, gelişmiş ülkelerin demografik analizler nedeniyle etkin evsel atık yönetim sistemlerine sahip olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Bu noktadan hareketle, gelişmekte olan ve gelişmemiş ülkelerde, katılım, evsel atık türü ve o bölgeye ilişkin demografik bilgiler arasındaki ilişki derecelerini kullanan bir sistem kurmak, sistemi geliştirmek ve atık yönetim sistemi ilgili tüm sorumluları aydınlatmak çok daha uygun olacaktır. Verilerin toplanması için online tabanlı anket 436 katılımcı ile düzenlenmiş ve Çoklu Doğrusal Regresyon ve Lojistik Regresyon yöntemleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Farklı demografik özellikerin farklı atık türleri üstünde etkisi olduğu gözlenmiş ve kurulacak sistemlerin demografik özellikler dikkate alınarak işleme alınması önerilmiştir.
Domestic waste management has an important place in developed and developing country societies due to its contributions to economy and environmental health. It is known that its historical development started with the settled life of humanity. This process, which was made to make the soil productive by managing only organic wastes in ancient times, differentiated with the developing technology and today it is divided into different groups. The first purpose of the recycling systems is created in today, is to make researches and developments that will keep the efficiency of the system at the maximum level. In this study, the aim is to investigate human beings that have direct effects on production inputs and outputs. With the help of the literature survey, it is observed that developed countries have efficient household waste management systems because of the demographic analysis. From this point of view, it will be much more convenient to establish a system in developing and non-developed countries that use degrees of relation between participation, household waste type and demographic information on that region to develop system and enlighten the all responsible regarding to waste management system. Online based survey is arranged between 436 participants for the collection of data and it is analyzed by Multi-Linear Regression and Logistic Regression methods. It is found out that different types of demographic information is effective on different types of waste and it is highly suggested to arrange system according to demographic information.
