Özet
A new polyacetylene alcohol, Fissistigmol A (1), along with four known polyacetylene alcohol\rcompounds (2-5) were isolated from the aerial part of Fissistigma minuticalyx (McGr. et W. W. Sm.). Their\rstructures were elucidated based on the spectroscopic evidence, mainly including NMR and induced ECD, and\rHRESIMS data. In addition, bioactivity assay showed that 1-5 showed notable nitric oxide (NO) inhibitory\reffects (IC50 < 10 ?M) on the model of the lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-activated RAW 264.7 macrophages.
