In this respect, this study aims to determine relationships between digital transformation, organizational agility, organizational resilience, and organizational performance. For this purpose, the data were collected from 263 managers working in hospitality industry. Structural equation modeling analysis was performed to test the research model. The results revealed that the model fits well (k2/ df = 1.02, p = 0.42, CFI = 0.99, RMSEA = 0.008). The indirect relationships between the variables and serial mediation in the model were analyzed by structural equation model. The results showed that organizational agility had a mediating effect between digital transformation and organizational performance. Additionally, organizational resilience had a mediating role between digital transformation and organizational performance. Moreover, organizational agility and organizational resilience had serial mediation roles between digital transformation and organizational performance. © Peter Lang GmbH Internationaler Verlag der Wissenschaften Berlin 2022.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessDigital transformationOrganizational agilityOrganizational performanceOrganizational resilienceThe effects of digital transformation on organizational performance: The serial mediating roles of organizational resilience and organizational agilityBook Chapter220199
