Conditions of competition increasing with globalization and the rapid changes in technology have made it necessary to reveal creative and innovative sides of employees in organizations. It is a well-known fact that most organizations today, particularly banks, evaluate employees who work in fierce competition environments in terms of their abilities, skills, and qualifications. Same organizations are also known to develop these abilities, skills, and qualifications of employees through various practices such as authorization and empowerment and by this means they aim to provide their customers with better services. Developing an employee empowerment understanding could only be possible by delegating participation and decision-making authorization to employees, training and developing them, and creating a good communication environment in the organization. Otherwise, employees' attitudes towards the organization would be affected negatively.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessResıstanceThe Relationship Between Employee Empowerment and Organizational Cynicism: An Implementation in the Banking SectorBook Chapter3220309WOS:000411570800015N/A
