Bir Üretim İşletmesinde Departmanların Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi Yöntemi ile Ergonomik Analizi

Abstract

Üretim firmalarında üretim, kalite kontrol, insan kaynakları başta olmak üzere araştırma geliştirme, üretim planlama, satın alma, lojistik, stok kontrol, muhasebe ve bilgi işlem gibi pek çok departman bulunmakta olup bu departmanların ergonomik koşulları birbirinden farklıdır. Departmanların ergonomik değerlendirilmesinde kullanılan faktörler çevresel, fiziksel ve psikolojik olmak üzere üç ana başlıkta gruplandırılmıştır. Departman bazında ergonomik faktörlerin önem seviyeleri analitik hiyerarşi prosesi (AHP) ile belirlenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda, ergonomik faktörlerin üretim işletmeleri için üretim departmanında en büyük, bilgi işlem departmanında ise en düşük önem seviyesine sahip olduğu söylenebilmektedir.

There are many departments in production enterprises such as production, quality control, research and development, production planning, purchasing-logistics, inventory control, accounting and information processing, and each of these departments need different ergonomics conditions. Because of this difference, the factors used in the ergonomics evaluation of the departments in this study are grouped under three main headings as environmental, physical and psychological. The importance levels of ergonomics factors on the basis of department are determined by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). According to the results of the study, it can be said that ergonomics factors have the greatest importance in the production departments of the production enterprises and the lowest in the information processing departments.
